My areas of expertise include: stress reduction, mindfulness practices, anxiety, depression, insomnia, coping strategies, relationship issues and life adjustment concerns (grief, loss, health and career). The main focus of my work is with individual adults over the age of 21 years old. Office hours: Monday - Friday 10 am - 7 pm.
I provide a therapeutic environment that is safe, accepting and understanding. I enjoy my work because I get to help good people who have difficult problems take the necessary steps to make their lives and relationships become better, more productive and easier.
