I am accepting new clients (children ages 6 and up, teens, and adults) who desire researched-based professional guidance in the arts of understanding, managing, and healing mental/emotional/interpersonal/existential concerns. Whether you are ready to dig deep into ongoing challenges or unsure of exactly what you need but know that some change might help, I will create the expert space for you to safely discover your authentic self. We live in a world that wrongly suggests our emotional experiences are best kept to ourselves. I believe emotions are often the most honest part of who we are. My heart and mind open to your lived truth.
I believe you can be the best expert on yourself, and I am here with knowledge and tools for the impacts of ADHD, Autism Spectrum, depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your personal well-being is important. I am most interested in finding the best ways for you to respond to what was/is happening to cause your distress.
There will always be more than enough space for you to be cared for by my full self in all aspects of my practice. You will work directly with me and get full access to my 15 years of experience as a therapist who has counseled hundreds of clients.
