Clients of all ages know that authenticity is essential to the therapy process. This is why I strive to create and maintain a space where they can come to be truly and empathically understood in a world suffering from reactive misunderstanding. The goals that come with seeking a satisfied state of being are daily for all of us. In my clients I see unique whole persons with stories worth listening to and knowing with a healer's intention. Together we find balance between the extremes and learn to repair and renew the powerful interactions between mind, body, and emotional experience. Self-care is essential for a well-loved existence.
Though I believe "you are the best expert on yourself", I am here with knowledge and expertise in diagnosis/treatment of ADHD, Autism Spectrum, depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, trauma, gifted children, etc. I also emphasize personal wellness and seek to understand "what is happening or has happened" to you more than "what is wrong with you."
I consistently deepen my skillset as a lifelong teacher and student of the art and science of helping ourselves and others. My goal is to be an ally in your self-healing journey by facing, with you, the rough and hardened aspects of this existence. We all struggle with the challenges of the ups and downs of life.
