My practice is focused on supporting children, adolescents and adults who are going through developmental or life transitions. I specialize working with boys and men who need help dealing with difficult emotions such as anxiety, anger and sadness. My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative. During our first meeting and throughout our time working together, I will work closely with you to develop goals that are attainable and holistic in nature. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness approaches in my work, and tailor our sessions to your individual needs.
I have extensive training working with children, adolescents and adults struggling with issues of general anxiety, social anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and depression. I am experienced in supporting children and families coping with separation and divorce.
I am currently accepting referrals for office hours during weekday evenings and Saturdays.
