I offer an eclectic, client-centered approach tailored to your unique needs. For trauma, I use IFS, Somatic Experiencing, and polyvagal-informed techniques. For relationship issues, I draw from RLT, EFT, and attachment-based methods. I’m part of the MWRS team, committed to compassionate, collaborative care.
