Welcome! I offer counseling for personal struggles, relationship stresses, and life transitions, individually or together. Through a relational approach, we can explore and strengthen your interpersonal bonds and work together to help you navigate impossible-seeming situations. Strengthening your most important connections, including with yourself, is key. Being newly seen and heard in more complete ways can be transformative and hope-inducing. Life is as much about how we tell our stories, to ourselves and to others, as it is the content of these narratives.
Relationship/couples counseling, individual counseling, blended families, lost connection, and sexual compatibility are some of my focus areas. I also work with individuals with self-expression, "stuckness" and attachment questions. We can find solutions to your specific needs, with these efforts being trauma-informed and affirming of your life.
I hold an Ed.S graduate degree from the University of South Carolina, focused in marriage, couples and family therapy.
