I utilize an empathic, strength-based approach that allows me to have a greater sense of your emotional experience while also identifying what strengths and resources you have to create the meaningful change in your life that you are seeking. My goal as a therapist is to help guide you through this process in a way that allows you to feel both safe and supported.

I specialize in working with men struggling in relationships, career transitions, parenting, and divorce and separation. Using an emotion-focused approach, I also work with couples navigating conflict in relationship to help them integrate new interactional patterns to increase bonding and improve communication skills while deepening intimacy.
