I offer in-person or virtual sessions focusing on working with individuals and couples coping with issues of depression, anxiety, anger, and difficulties in their personal relationships (marriage, parenting, dating, friendships) as well as their professional careers. I utilize an empathic, strength-based approach that allows me to have a greater sense of your emotional experience while also identifying what strengths and resources you have to create the meaningful change in your life that you are seeking. My goal as a therapist is to help guide you through this process and feel both safe and supported.
I specialize in working with men struggling in relationships, career transitions, parenting, and divorce and separation. Using an emotion-focused approach, I also work with couples navigating conflict in their relationship to help them integrate new interactional patterns to increase bonding and improve communication skills while deepening intimacy.
