Sometimes life presents challenges that feel overwhelming and keep us from moving forward. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, I help clients build insight, emotional stability, and lasting change. I work with teens, adults, couples navigating challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism, and addiction. I offer in-person therapy at two office locations in Austin and virtual therapy for clients throughout Texas and Colorado. I am also conversationally fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and welcome members of the Deaf community.

My counseling approach is primarily person-centered, grounded in empathy and authenticity. I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness interventions, while maintaining a holistic perspective that considers the whole person and their community.
