Many of the couples I work with still care deeply about each other but feel increasingly stuck. Conversations turn into arguments or go nowhere. Small moments escalate quickly, or distance quietly grows. You may feel less understood, less connected, or unsure how to get back to what once felt easier. I help couples slow these patterns down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and find a way to respond to each other that creates more openness and warmth—while also building more positive, connecting moments in how you relate day to day.
I help you recognize and shift what happens in the moments that matter—when conversations start to go off track or distance begins to build. As you learn to respond differently in those moments, interactions become more constructive and new ways of connecting begin to take hold.
If you’re feeling discouraged or unsure how to move things in a better direction, you’re not alone. Many couples reach a point where what used to work no longer does. Change is possible, even when the path forward isn’t clear. Reaching out can be the first step toward finding your way forward together.

Most couples I see have been pulled into downward spirals of distancing reactions they can't get out of on their own. By helping you identify and step out of unhelpful habits of mind, you'll discover a greater capacity to live and relate more intentionally. As you come to know both yourself and your partner more deeply, new ways of engaging emerge, creating a cycle of increasing closeness.

I use an approach that focuses on both reducing unhelpful patterns and strengthening what is already working. By learning to respond more intentionally and relate in more constructive ways, couples begin to create more positive interactions and a stronger sense of connection over time.
