I offer telehealth therapy with adults on a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and grief, interpersonal problems, identity, and life transitions. My goal is to help create a genuine, warm, and supportive therapeutic relationship in which you feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. I would welcome the chance to work with you to clarify what is important in your life, set meaningful goals, and move toward increased awareness and authenticity. Working together, we can build on your strengths, improve coping skills, and find ways to move toward a more fulfilling life.
While I use a variety of approaches in working with clients, my foundation is based primarily on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I have experience with men's issues and worked for many years in education and career development. As a life-long musician, I value creativity and enjoy working with artistic and creative clients.
Seeking help is a brave decision and can be a difficult step to take, especially if you have not tried therapy before.
