I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia with over 10 years of experience providing clinical assessments and therapeutic care to adolescents and adults seeking help with addiction, depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and my Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from Valdosta State University. I have a long history of working closely with individuals in crisis, and I describe my therapy style as person-centered with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
