I am a Cognitive Behavior Therapist (CBT) and I specialize in treating kids and adults with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety and related disorders. I also help clients who are neurodivergent and have ADHD or are ASD. have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and I have helped a lot of people get better so they can live more meaningful and productive lives. My job is to help you feel less distress so that you can do the things you want and need to do. If you are looking for a effective and evidence based treatment, then I am probably the right therapist for you. I will do everything I can to help.
I use Exposure and Response Prevention to treat OCD and I use Cognitive Processing Therapy to treat PTSD. I also use CBT and Exposure to treat anxiety disorders. These interventions are highly effective and I tailor them to meet the specific needs of my clients. Targeted therapy can be completed in 12-24 sessions, though I will treat you as long as you need.
