Tired of being tired? Do you struggle with falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early? Are you a night owl? Do you worry about how your sleep may impact your health, mood, or how you function during the daytime? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, my sleep practice may be a good fit for you. Hello, I am Dr. Mark Rosenblum. I am a Sleep Psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the gold standard treatment for treating chronic insomnia. During that time, I have helped thousands of insomnia clients improve their sleep and feel more rested.
I currently serve as the Sleep Psychologist for the sleep disorders center housed within a teaching hospital in Minneapolis. In this role, I treat clients, train healthcare providers, and educate the public on insomnia and CBT-I. In 2017, I started The Online Insomnia Center and now provide CBT-I in 39 states and DC.
If you are tired of being tired and would like to finally get your insomnia under control and fix your sleep, please call...I would be happy to speak with you and share how I would try to help you treat your insomnia. While emailing is fine, the quickest way to reach me is by calling the number listed on the site. Phones are answered 24/7!

CBT-I begins with an intake and covers many areas that may impact your sleep. During that time, I will also teach you about sleep, go over "why" you have insomnia, and present you with a CBT-I treatment plan. Follow up sessions usually occur every week or two and last between 20 and 30 minutes. We will follow up on your homework and modify your CBT-I plan.

I use cognitive and behavioral approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to treat clients who are night owls or who have insomnia. I consider my clients to be co-investigators as we determine which factors contribute towards the perpetuation of their sleep disturbances.
