Holy F%$k! Just existing, especially right now, can feel exhausting, especially when you’ve already analyzed yourself 100 times and still feel overwhelmed, isolated, or stuck. You're tired of explaining yourself and who you are. Over being told to “just cope.” Fed up with feeling like you’re the problem in a system that doesn’t make space for people and situations that are different. I’m Mark (He/They), local neurodivergent queer weirdo, here to help. I work with people navigating anxiety, ADHD, Autism, identity exploration, neurodivergence, and life transitions—all in an honest, direct, laid-back, and actually useful package.

Clients come to me for a therapist who is grounded, authentic, and easy to talk to. I despise sterile sessions, so you won’t find that here. Let’s actually get to know each other like real life human beings. I don’t sugarcoat, but I do show up with compassion and respect.

Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to meet you where you are, helping you untangle what’s yours to work on from what never should have been placed on you in the first place.
