Depression, anxiety, burnout, directionlessness, life transitions — whatever brought you here. We focus on personal responsibility and meaning-making. I use evidence-based CBT with existential, Jungian, and Stoic frameworks to help you understand what's beneath the surface and who you're becoming. Direct. Grounded. My approach integrates existential and depth psychology with Jungian, reality-based, and solution-focused methods. The work is direct, pragmatic, and grounded in clinical experience. We focus on understanding what is happening beneath symptoms, clarifying responsibility, and restoring psychological orientation and agency.
