About
Are you going through a difficult time of loss or upheaval and change? Do you have strained or troubled relationships, painful or difficult thoughts or emotions? Are you looking to be more creative or maybe just seeking to live a more fulfilling life? I work with clients to help them live and love with increased creativity and insight. I offer targeted, evidence-based therapy to help those with troubling thoughts and emotions adjust effectively and move on. I have experience in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression as well as helping individuals working through mid-life or late-life transitions.
For those who simply want to live a more satisfying life, I provide motivational and insight-oriented dialog to help clients deepen their understanding of themselves and their loved ones, and creativity training to help them get on with the work realizing their personal and creative goals.
I enjoy assisting couples and families learning to communicate more effectively. I specialize in creativity training, jungian dreamwork, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and acceptance therapy, grief work, and marriage and family therapy. I also do creative consultations and reflective critiques with artists and other creative individuals.
