I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families through life's challenges. Life can be tough at times. External stressors, inner turmoil, and relational problems can cause significant disturbances in our lives. As a therapist, I want to compassionately and honestly walk with you as we explore new ways to engage with your world and find healing.

I have experience with clients facing grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, marital/relational challenges, infidelity, and family issues . My approach is rooted in Attachment Theory. In addition to having a Masters of Marriage & Family Therapy, I have postgraduate training in trauma (EMDR) and couples therapy (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy).

I know it takes a great deal of courage to reach out for help. I would love the privilege to work with you. Much of my framework for therapy is informed by attachment theory which postulates that one of the driving forces for our behaviors is the need to be relationally connected to others. Oftentimes, therapy will explore the motivations and beliefs that fuel this need to have safe, seen, and secure relational connection no matter our age or stage of life.
