I am a veteran of the United States Air Force and have experience working with veteran clients. I specialize in couples therapy and individuals with anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My approach combines Gestalt and cognitive-behavioral therapy with motivational interviewing. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plant to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe in direct straightforward therapy. I believe in treating anyone with respect, compassion, and caring.
