Hello, and welcome to my page! As a mental health counselor and supervisor with over a decade of clinical practice, I bring a wealth and knowledge and experience into my counseling sessions. While I welcome anyone to my private practice who is seeking to improve their life or themselves, I primarily focus my clinical work on anxiety, couples therapy, and men's issues. My small teletherapy practice allows me to focus my time and attention on each of my clients to build a specialized therapeutic approach specifically designed to improve my clients' health, happiness and overall wellbeing.
I have specialized training in a number of therapeutic theories and interventions to help my clients live life in a thoughtful and integrated way. I utilize behavior modification, cognitive restructuring, and emotional understanding to help you create a lifestyle based on what is truly important to you.
Deciding that you're ready for a change is a big step in anyone's life, and counseling can be an essential tool to help you get to where you want to go. Check out my website to learn more about my therapy style or email me to set up a free 20 minute consultation.
