When I reflect on my education, professional, personal experience and distill my thoughts; I conclude *You are feeling pretty bad or you would not be making this search. *You want some part or several parts of your life to work better. *What used to work or what you do to improve things is not helping or not helping fast enough.* People change many areas and elements of their life when they figure out what needs attention, what to do, and how.* People are embarrassed to make this first call for information but also know - It Is Time to Do Something.
The purpose of our sessions will be:
* To determine which areas of your life are not working as well as you want or need; Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Sexual, Social, Spiritual, Financial, Career, Marriage, Family. Our goal usually includes gaining better balance between these components of your life.
We plan together Who is coming to Each session and Why. I do not have a 'typical routine.' You can accomplish a great deal on your own between sessions. I provide many hand outs, audio/DVD programs and other resources; if you are up for a little 'homework.'
