Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families in both mental health treatment facilities and substance use treatment centers. I utilize a cognitive-based, collaborative, and client-centered approach with each of my clients. I integrate a range of evidence-based interventions to address behavioral health concerns, including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
