Throughout the years of my experience, I’ve worked with Individuals and Families in both mental health treatment facilities and substance use treatment centers.
I use a Cognitive Based collaborative and client-centered approach with each of my clients. I integrate a variety of evidenced-based treatment interventions to address behavioral health issues, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and 12-Step foundation framework.
