I use a psychodynamic, existential approach to find solutions to the unique challenges your life contains. Through building on open and honest relationship, we will explore effective coping tools and new ways to look at persistent issues that effect you.
My graduate training at the Adler School of Professional Psychology has specifically prepared me to handle therapeutic goals related to: relationship issues, family conflict, LGBTQ issues, grief and loss, life stage transitions, and issues related to aging.
