I provide individual and couples counseling, integrating a range of therapeutic approaches and evidence based practices such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy to address issues such as depression, anxiety, family conflict, mens issues, self esteem, trauma, substance use, life changes, and serious mental illness.
These evidence based practices enable me to assist individuals who are struggling with a variety of challenges and allow flexibility to meet the individual needs of each of my clients.
