My goal as a Counselor is to help you let go of the resistance that keeps you stuck, whether it's from PTSD, depression, anxiety, limiting beliefs/behaviors, or a bad relationship; stuck in ways that are destructive to you and/or your family. I believe in taking time to focus on communication skills and the many dynamics of "relationship", relationship to self, partner, family, and coworkers. This includes learning self care as well as setting healthy boundaries with others. You are someone ready to make some changes and do things differently.
I have over 25 years of experience in the health field. In the past 14 years I have practiced as a Counselor and enjoy working with adults, and couples. I use an ecletic approach in my practice as a Counselor, tools such as mindfulness, EMDR, as well as various communication techniques.
