About
My goal as a Counselor is to help you let go of the resistance that keeps you stuck, whether it's in depression, anxiety, limiting beliefs/behaviors, or a bad relationship; stuck in ways that are destructive to you and/or your family. I believe in taking time to focus on communication skills and the many dynamics of "relationship", relationship to self, partner, family, and coworkers. This includes learning to take care of yourself as well as setting healthy boundaries with others.
I have over 25 years of experience in the Complementary Health Field. In the past 11 years I have practiced as a Counselor and enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and couples. I work with people that are/have experienced trauma, chronic health issues/pain, anger, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, etc.
You can expect a greater sense of ease, less stress, peace, and more control and empowerment as you experience the care at Naturally You, Integrative Health.
