Greetings. I offer therapy to heal from interpersonal wounds, depression, anxiety, isolation, repetitive relationship patterns, and other concerns to attain the most fulfilled personal and professional life possible. I endeavor to provide a warmly interactive, personal and direct, attentive and supportive environment in which persons may focus on their lives, taking actions to change, and on their relationships.

I enjoy working with differing people, and offer individual, couple, and group psychotherapy. While I see many people individually or as couples, I also have two mixed- gender groups, a gay men's group, and a group solely for mental health professionals.

I also provide consultation and supervision to other Mental Health Professionals.
