About
Hello, and thank you for visiting my page. My drive for treatment begins by connecting with you, followed by a collaborative alignment that explores the barriers that keep you from reaching your goals. It is a privilege to be granted access to one's personal life, a gift that I care for with a great sense of empathy. If you are here, perhaps you may be ready to take a step further and reach out for help.
Although psychodynamically trained and CBT certified, I draw from a number of different therapeutic intervention styles that best fit each client. I am successful in treating adults with a wide range of problems, specializing in depression, anxiety, all spheres of relationship problems, boundary setting and assertiveness training.
Begin the process of self-exploration in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental and confidential way to gain insight towards personal growth. I want to help you increase the quality of your life, in ways that lead to more fulfillment, meaning, and understanding.
