People wanting to change something about themselves, whether it's their mood, personal life patterns, anxiety, stress level, or ways of relating to others, find real benefits from therapy. If you find you lack the motivation and skills needed to make those changes you will find comfort and help in my office. Some life issues might be resolved relatively quickly, but lasting change for long-term problems may require more time and commitment. Above all, I will honor your wish to change!

My goal for every client is to help them achieve their goals in therapy, to provide them with help and support when their motivation is low, and to foster growth when they feel it difficult to advance personally or professionally. While I primarily use CBT techniques, I offer each of my clients counseling methods specific to their individual needs.
It takes courage to reach out for help. Because you're looking for a counselor, it appears that you are courageous! I promise to do my best to help. If we are not a "good match," I'll work to find someone for you who can meet your needs. The next step is yours. If I am not available when you call, please leave a message on my secure voice mail.
