At present, my practice is limited to men and women in the law enforcement community and their families.

I'm a solution focused therapist. I work with individuals & couples to solve challenges associated with anxiety, depression, divorce/separation, sexual issues and life transitions. My individualized approach integrates training in psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, hypnotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
I am a former police officer and my focus today is on LEOs and their families. I am a member / recent member of the American Psychological Association, the the American Association of Suicidology, the Society for Police and Criminal Psychologists and the APA Police and Public Safety division.
