I work collaboratively with clients to address a range of concerns, including grief and loss, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, co-occurring disorders, and trauma-related illnesses. I also offer support for navigating existential life issues and career/work challenges. My approach integrates mindfulness, cognitive techniques, creative introspection, and analysis to empower clients to identify and overcome self-defeating thoughts and unproductive behaviors.
I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which I find particularly adaptable for addressing diverse life experiences. My therapeutic orientation is grounded in humanistic principles, complemented by training in Jungian psychotherapy and ongoing studies in drama therapy.
In therapy, I may also utilize wellness approaches and dreamwork to help clients uncover their inner resources and strengths. This process facilitates personal growth and empowers individuals to move toward living a more fulfilling life aligned with their values and aspirations.
