We can make things better! My goal is to help folks who are struggling with the curves in the road life can throw at us. Even if you have tried other means of addressing problems, my approach is to use innovative, technologically advanced methods and techniques to conquer those common life challenges. Sleep problems, anxiety, and depression are common difficulties almost everyone experiences at some point in time. Helping you address these challenges in a direct, time-effective way is our highest purpose.

I have been in practice for over 23 years. I have served as a professor or lecturer at UCLA, Calif State University, Long Beach, Alliant International University & DePaul University. In addition to my clinical practice experience, my expertise includes psychological assessment/testing, sleep problems, chronic pain, and treatment of family problems.

In our collaborative efforts, support and compassion are fundamental. But being effective is key! My goal is to do all I can to help you achieve your goal.
