With over 20 years of experience, working in the US and in Germany, I can offer several approaches to help you. I have a well rounded background having worked in addiction treatment centers, mental health centers and school settings. Together, we will collaborate and find what is most effective for you. Since 2000, I have helped people with many issues including: anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions and relationships. If you are motivated to change, I will provide a safe place for you to develop insight and strategies to change.
