My path to becoming a therapist started early. I was born with a congenital heart defect and was adopted as a child; these experiences gave me a unique perspective on resilience and the need for support. Working through that in my youth is was lucky enough to have the support of a wonderful doctor who helped me navigate my mental health. That experience sparked a calling in me to serve others as I'd been served.
While I provide a gentle and welcoming space, I am also solution-oriented. We aren’t just here to talk; we are here to help you achieve the life you want. I combine 40+ years of clinical experience with an energetic yet supportive approach to help you uncover your inherent strengths. I’m here to be your advocate and partner in unveiling your best self.
