I am founding director of the Mindfulness Center of Atlanta, where I teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Training in corporations, schools, private and community organizations and health facilities.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Training
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a training group (seminar) that teaches Mindfulness meditation and it's application to everyday life experiences and mental attitudes. This experiential group will encourage the development of formal and informal Mindfulness practices as a means of cultivating and supporting overall health and the reduction of stress.
