I take a collaborative and integrative approach to support individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth. I prioritize meeting people where they are, respecting individual values and cultural backgrounds, using evidence-based strategies, and creating a safe and compassionate therapeutic environment.
We can work together across diverse topics including: anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, addiction, parenting, sleep difficulties, grief and loss, stress management, disordered eating, sexuality, identity and gender, trauma, military service, major life transitions, and other mental health concerns.
Prior to working with people in private practice, I was a therapist and Assistant Director at a university counseling center and have more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I work to bring a breadth and depth of experience and training so we can find what feels most effective for you.
