Flourish Counseling is a dedicated mental health counseling practice focused on providing compassionate and specialized support to both you and your child as you navigate life’s complexities.
My own personal story, life experience, and education have drawn me to an interest in how trauma and stress negatively affect our lives. As a survivor of complex trauma myself, I understand how toxic stress and fear can be overwhelming throughout life. This is why early intervention is important when young people are struggling with mental health issues.
I'm a listener and encourager for those who are struggling. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to open up about what is troubling them. I take a strengths-based approach to help people overcome mental health concerns that are limiting their ability to live a full, joyful life.
