Dr. Good specializes in marital therapy. He is a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work and has worked with couples, families and individuals in the Annapolis community since 1978. He earned a B.A. in mathematics from Cornell University, an M.A. in religion and counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in social work from University of Maryland. He has taught at Chesapeake Theological Seminary and University of Maryland and led workshops internationally. In 2000 he co-founded CornerStone Institute.
Susan and he have been married 50 years. They have three married children and ten grandchildren, one of whom died at birth. They lead workshops to practice skills and learn perspectives for stronger marriages. He just finished a book about having real conversations: "Real Talk: Creating Space for Hearts to Change."
