I help by tailoring a variety of treatment methods to treat anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, OCD, scrupulosity, intrusive thoughts, chronic pain, and ADHD.
In our first few sessions, we will work on understanding your condition as well as techniques that may be helpful. Then we can hone in on your specific goals and needs.
My practice is unique because I work with young children, adolescents, young & middle-aged adults, and the elderly - as well as neurotypical and neurodivergent populations.
I am passionate about being a counselor because it is rewarding to see people progress beyond what they thought were permanent limitations in their lives.
