I work with teens, young adults, and the parents trying to support them. Some families are stepping down from a higher level of care and need the right outpatient fit to keep the momentum going. Others are exploring therapy for the first time and aren’t sure where to start. And some have just been through a few therapists and haven’t found the right match yet.
Parents come to us carrying a lot — anxiety, behavioral struggles, communication breakdowns, school stress, you name it. They want someone who gets it and can actually help their family get unstuck. I combine clinical insight with a real-world, family-centered approach.
With a diverse and expansive work history throughout the country and internationally, I not only mix the appropriate modalities and interventions for the right person - but understand the larger ecosystem and treatment space to ensure families and clients are getting the best clinical care and consultation.
