If you're navigating a life transition, or dealing with ADHD, OCD, anxiety, or depression, I'm there with you. I'm currently accepting older teens and adults for telehealth appointments, and I bring a wide range of evidence-based tools to our work together.
Whether you're brand new to therapy or not, my goal is to leave you with real knowledge and skills you can carry with you long after our sessions end. And if you're not sure what you even want out of therapy yet, that's okay! We'll figure it out together, and use concrete outcome measures to track how things are shifting over time.
I've worked with kids, teens, and adults across a lot of different settings, and my style tends to be calm and unhurried. I'm not here to push you toward change, I'm here to make space for it to happen. I weave in trauma-informed care and mindfulness practices to support whatever you're working through, and I'm trained in TF-CBT and EMDR.
After 3 years in the Army, I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since then, I've worked in psychiatric hospitals, residential care, and outpatient settings. I take my work seriously, but also try to keep things light-hearted when necessary. I have also learned to cope and coexist ADHD, major depressive episodes, and manage my OCD.
