Men's Group
This is a weekly psychotherapy group for men. The main theme of the group is vulnerability and intimacy issues interfering with primary relationships in their lives. The group uses the relationship dynamics within the group to form awareness. New behaviors are tried on in group. (There is a prerequisite course that needs to be taken before joining group. Intentional Living Seminar
This is an eight week seminar that follows an Intentional Living workbook I authored Intentional Living: Living Your Life with Purpose and Vision. It is a group for individuals that want extra support and accountability as they explore the workbook. The seminar provides a deeper exploration of obstacles that are getting in the way of intention. It also provides synergy and accountability as you work with others. For those of you who would prefer individualized coaching to enhance the workbook, I also offer individual coaching session in person or online via Zoom/Skype.
