As a therapist I am a believer in utilizing a diverse use of tools to tackle the things in life that are the most difficult. My approach is collaborative, but also challenges you to feel empowered, confident, and willing to face fears that have been difficult.
My set of tools includes the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Brainpspotting, Reality Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. Utilizing those approaches I integrate creative forms of interventions that are visual, insightful, and assist in seeing thing.
