I work hard to help my clients to make the life changes and become who they wish to become. We can't all become the rock star, but we can all become the best version of ourselves possible. For those desiring to create a vision for themselves and to gain the life skills needed to meet that vision, I am ready to help.
I've worked extensively with high school students, adults and marriage counseling. I have focused on anxiety, depression and grief issues along with stage of life struggles and relationship issues. My focus has been on helping people gain the life skills necessary to become the best version of themselves possible.
After 30 yrs in sales and sales mgmt and raising two adopted children I went back to school and received a Masters degree in Social Work. My wife and I have been married for 36 yrs and, after both good times and bad times, are closer than ever. We all need help and encouragement to change and grow. I want to be that help.
