I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist currently providing therapy virtually in Texas and Washington state. I earned my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University in 2022, and my Bachelor of Science from Washington State University. I have around 15 years of experience helping adults, teens and families in the teaching, church, and therapy sectors. My passion lies with helping clients believe that no matter their past, they are able to change their present and future.

My education and experience allow me to work with clients navigating various problems including depression, anxiety, trauma, life-transitions, existential issues, and relationship issues. I use a mix of Person-Centered therapy, Interpersonal, Cognitive Behavioral, and Art/Music Therapy. For couples work I am trained in Gottman Method Level 2.

I strive to work with my clients as whole people, meaning I incorporate the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. What are your passions? I use your interests to tailor therapy to your unique passions. Faith incorporation is also part of my work if you desire. I use body work which incorporates breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and mindfulness.
