My approach draws on techniques from several schools of therapy including narrative therapy, mindfulness self-compassion techniques, attachment therapy (EFT), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT). During our consultation, we can talk about these approaches and determine which ones are the best fit for you.
I work with clients that have faced a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, loneliness, relationship issues, pre-marital counseling needs, shame, systemic inequality, identity exploration, and the search for meaning.
