About
Imagine what it would be like to not be overwhelmed by cumulative stress or constantly second guessing your decisions! As a trusted companion with the training and lived experiences, I have the tools to help guide you through this journey. My work centers the unique experiences of Black, Brown, Indigenous, Asian and Latine folks who desire to mend cumulative trauma in their bodies while fostering joy and wholeness. Clients who have worked with me have appreciated the humanness of our sessions specifically the way we prioritize joy whilst working through complex trauma. A space where you can take the edge off. Life can be soft.
I am an integrative somatic therapist trained in Brainspotting, EMDR and DBT. I work with clients whose trauma has forced them into overachieving, overthinking, perfectionism, and a fear of executing. I also work with people who have perfected the art of shrinking themselves, issues around emotional eating, self esteem, workplace and race-based stress.
As a practice, we are committed to accessibility which is why we take insurance and working on expanding our panels. We offer 24/7 online scheduling as well as the convenience of telehealth. For someone like you, this means not needing to take time off work. You can find me at ramcircle.com
