Therapeutically, I have always been drawn to the way we relate to the body. Your body is your home, but many of us feel disconnected from ourselves due to the pressures and oppression we face in the modern world. I have worked with clients on many of these spots of disconnection ranging from eating disorders to chronic illness to sexuality and pleasure. Using the tenets of Acceptance and Commitment therapy, mindfulness, and sex therapy approaches, I hope to make this space feel a little more like home again.
I am passionate about helping folks reconnect with their bodies and spirits. I am sex positive, kink positive, and have formal training in sexuality, sexual functioning, and general sexual health. I am also affirming of spiritual faith, helping to hold both with curiosity.
I value each client’s right to self determination and see you as the true authority on your own experience. I would love to walk along side you, offering up the education I have as a bridge to your own self-exploration. My hope is that together, we create a safe space for deep reflection, insight, and growth.
