I am a native Tucsonan and have been a Clinical Social Worker in Arizona for over 25 years. I work with youth, teens and adults wanting to function more fully or dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, pain, chronic illness (incl. Huntington's Disease), or adjustment issues. I am dedicated to helping clients find their own motivation and intuition to make changes to improve health, emotional wellness, and balance in life. I guide individuals to heal and self-actualize in a developmental, holistic, mindful, and authentic way through self-reflection and taking personal responsibility. I am LGBTQ+ aware, with close family experience, and I listen closely to understand and work within a client's unique cultural and world view. I am trained in using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, & EMDR.
