My area of expertise and special interest is anxiety disorders: generalized anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, specific phobias, etc. Typically I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and exposure response prevention (ERP) with clients struggling with these types of issues.
