With a background in depth psychology including psychoanalytic, attachment, and Jungian approaches, I can help you explore unhealthy patterns & create new perspectives. In addition to M.A. and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology, a Masters degree in Holistic Health Education offers the approach of true integration.
All your thoughts/feelings are valid and I will always try to see the world from your perspective. I will support you yet point out patterns or limited thinking you may not see.
