I am passionate about offering integrative techniques that will illuminate the deeper underpinnings of the issues that you struggle with, assisting you to find hope and create lasting change in your life. My work is built upon the relationship & trust we will create. I believe in listening to you & then I tailor my therapeutic style in a way that will affirm & benefit your life. I focus on experiential interventions, such as expressive arts & body based modalities to guide our process. I employ body-based somatic practices to allow for holistic integration.
I have a warm & open therapeutic style & choose to be a real human in session- rather than have a clinical persona. We will laugh, cry, & scream together. You will not feel alone in session with me. Our relationship will be mutually built, with attention given to your authority as the expert in your life. I truly look forward to beginning this work with you!
